Mikee Lee costars in the upcoming indie 'Bente' from APT Entertainment, Inc. under the direction of Mel Chionglo. Other hunks in the movie are Richard Gomez and Aldred Gatchalian. Sen. Jinggoy Estrada costars. The movie is about extra-judicial killings among social activists. Unofficial word came out that it's regular run has been moved to July 8, 2009 due to 'Transformers'.

Mikee is currently taking up Management Engineering at the Ateneo de Manila University.

Mikee first tasted stardom when he joined the first teen edition of popular Philippine reality show, Pinoy Big Brother. He was given the moniker "Pambato ng Ateneo". Inside the Big Brother house, he was linked with fellow housemate and 'Cebuana Cutie' Kim Chiu. Most people assumed that they would end up together because both admitted mutual admiration for each other. However, upon going out of the house, Kim has since then been partnered with Fil-am housemate Gerald Anderson. Mikee claims that he is now happy for Kim and Gerald and that he remains friends with both of them. Mikee came in second at the series finale of the reality show behind run-away winner, Kim Chiu.

Mikee, along with his fellow housemates, was introduced to showbiz life as part of Star Magic Talents. He has since starred in several teen-oriented shows of his home network, ABS-CBN. He is also part of Y Speak, a talk show of ABS-CBN's sister company, Studio 23. Mikee is also an endorser of BENCH. Recently, Mikee was given the go signal to star in TV 5's teen drama, Lipgloss (TV Series). Unlike his previous characters, his role as Maui in LG is different because this time, he portrays a naughty teenager.

Mikee Lee is a batchmate of Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition Plus Second Big Placer, Robi Domingo. Mikee was a big supporter of Robi during the latter's stay in the PBB house. He posted entries in his blog supporting his fellow Atenean and encouraging others to do so as well.
